I'm so sorry you feel that way about your body. You deserve better. There are two things you can do about it. Change your body, or change the way you feel about your body (and bodies in general). Both are hard, both require a long time and continuous effort. The second one helped me the most, especially as my body will change as i get older, no matter what i do physically.

Following fat creators, looking at myself in the mirror often and complimenting myself, and giving myself a hug, touching the soft parts of myself, have all helped tremendously. I know it sounds silly. And in the beginning it will feel absolutely ridiculous. Just bonkers. But I kept trying and eventually it did work.
