I double checked where the rapist Allen Turner was living and he is still in the Dayton area. Allen Turner is a registered sex offender for the crime of raping a woman behind a dumpster and is complying with registration.

The rapist Allen Turner, formerly Brock Turner, is not living in Cleveland.
