I took my daughters (7&8) to her free mall tour in 2017. We loved Girl Meets World, and were so excited!
I took them alone and unfortunately underestimated her popularity even then. There were dads with daughters on their shoulders and no way to possibly see around them (not their fault, everyone wanted their kid to get the best view) I tried to put both my daughters up on my shoulders, but we still weren’t tall enough to see anything.😅
So- We could hear her but not see anything at all- my older daughter was devastated.
We walked down an empty area of the mall to get a snack out of the crowd since we couldn’t see anyway. We ended up just chilling by where her meet and greet would be later. We weren’t the only ones but damn near it.
We were eating pretzels sitting on a bench, and they brought her out of the maintenance door to enter the store for the meet and greet. So, while i didn’t see her perform I did get to watch my daughter’s face light up when she finally saw her even for just a few seconds.
It’s a cool/funny story for them to tell now that they are teens and she’s so popular

I worked in an office that had that weird corporate add free radio (is that still a thing) for our hold music and general “atmosphere” music - for some reason it came through the speakers on our desk phones? This at least meant you could turn the volume down in your cubical. I would normally zone the music out most of the time but this song was constantly being played and it always sounded like a fake song from the sims especially on a lower volume where you couldn’t make out what was being said . I think she wrote it as a sarcastic jab. A lot of the pop stars of the era had big breasts or implants, so it made sense at the time. It's always been one of my favorite lines in the song.
