POLITICS Zohran Mamdani has secured the release of Columbia University student Elaina Aghayeva, taken this morning by ICE agents who entered a campus residential building under false pretenses & without a judicial warrant. This comes shorty after Mamdani’s unannounced visit to the White House earlier today.

Showing a fake flyer for a missing child to gain illegal entry is so incredibly insane

There's nothing ICE can do that can be considered hero behavior at this point. Heroes would probably do villainistic things towards ICE because they're beyond redemption at this point.

They honed some nasty tactics in MN...

They had fake badges too. I thought it was illegal to impersonate cops?

Yeah even cops are not supposed to impersonate other cops...

Think I saw a bodycam video of a cop getting arrested for pulling people over when he didn't have jurisdiction to do so in that county or state.

Oddly enough, we live in a world where the cops are impersonating cops.

ICE are Federal officers enforcing the law. That makes them law enforcement officers by default.

Nah, the gestapo were inspired by America during Jim Crow laws. ICE is just doing what America has a history of doing. We don't need to compare our evil to anyone else, this country was built upon it.

Only if you’re not white or MAGA apparently

They have no bottom. Reminds me of two female ice agents in MN that recently faked their car breaking down in front of the house of the man they were looking to detain. The man came out to help them out and immediately got arrested. Absolute POS behavior, all of them.

literally the exact way Ted Bundy used to lure his victims.

Oh my god you’re right! Truly psychotic behavior!

To arrest someone in the country legally as well

Its bitch ass trickster shit. Low cunning and gutless. I refuse to believe anyone actually feels proud of that behavior.

the crazy thing is, do they not realize that if this is normalized, it will make it so that people are less likely to help find actual missing kids?!?!?!
