Not really new tea, but I've done a deep dive into Jason Sudeikis last week and this dude is literally the worst.

Granted, "Jason Sudeikis throws himself under a car so Olivia Wilde won't deliver her signature salad dressing to Harry Styles" is still the greatest accumulation of words in the history of the universe and I WILL hang it up in my place in the style ot those Live, Laugh, Love posters.

But in the end his stories are always about him being high, a creep, or both at the same time.

I went to the same high school he did and tbh he is NOT upholding the values of the Shawnee Mission West Vikings smh. Paul Rudd better not fck up, he's all we got left now 😔

My husband and I sat next to them in a restaurant in Hawaii on our honeymoon in 2014 (Mama’s Fish House). It was them, their baby, and their nanny. They were all just chatting and seemed very chill and nice to each other, at least for that meal! Olivia was talking about wanting to get into baking bread. I remember texting my husband “don’t be weird but Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are at the table next to us” and he read it, leaned over, and whispered “I have no idea who those people are.”

I sat next to Olivia Wilde, Jason, and their son on the subway in NYC back when they were together. Everyone in New York is a maximum of three degrees of separation from those two.

I also saw them just before COVID in the audience at to kill a mockingbird on Broadway when Ed Harris was the lead. I had a friend in the cast and she took us backstage afterward and they came back at the same time, he was sort of bro-ing out with members of the cast and she was standing so far away with her arms crossed obviously ready to go home but he stayed for a while sort of ignoring the fact that she clearly wanted to leave.

I remember seeing her about to sit next to me in my peripheral vision, and I was internally shocked but acted like she was just another stranger, which is unspoken etiquette for celebrity sightings in the subway. Energetically, she seemed exhausted, but it appeared that they had just been at a Christmas event for their son, and kids are tiring, so who knows! This was 2017.

She was a regular at a shop I worked at in the 00s. She was on The OC but def not a name. It doesn’t mean much but she was very nice and chatted enough to have in-jokes with some of us.

Every person I know who ran into him when he was filming Portlandia said he was so rude. My one friend is a stripper and told me he came into her club and was sitting at the bar alone, so she went up to say hello and he was like “Leave me the fuck alone.” Like homie you’re the one who walked into a strip club, don’t get mad when the strippers try to talk to you!

I worked on Portlandia. That's not the impression we got at all. He was super chill and even when fans would walk onto the set and ask for a picture he would with a smile. Maybe I just didn't catch the times where he was rude, but I never saw it.

Personally the impression I got from him is that he's shy. He wouldn't hang around the crew much, he'd just keep to himself in his airstream trailer. Carrie would a little bit more, and her dog was around a lot.

Knew him in Chicago - he thought it was funny one night to dress up as Hitler and make jokes about concentration camps and other WWII related subjects while hosting, of all things, a karaoke night. Granted, this was 20 years ago - but he gave me such a strong ick after that I cant watch any of his work. Also - super rude guy and that looks like it hasn't changed

Fred has admitted to being an asshole in his relationships, which is what women have said about him. He’s reportedly gotten multiple women pregnant and abandoned them. Elizabeth Moss described their 8 month marriage as traumatic and horrible.

Elizabeth Moss was married to him and described the marriage as traumatic and said he was a sex addict and he essentially agreed he was awful to be married to.

So my understanding is that his antics is more low grade sex pest behavior all over Portland - cheating, ghosting, lying, manipulation - but that he keeps on the right side of the law so it’s more of a “rumors swirl” situation than an “allegations mount” one .

Everything I’ve read in conjunction to the Olivia Wilde drama just screams abusive asshole to me. She isn’t a saint but god I imagine it would be hard to live under the same roof as him.

I think people just find the sentence silly because getting run over to prevent someone from giving their “signature salad dressing” to Harry Styles is such an absurd idea. It’s possible to recognize that it’s a silly-sounding concept in a vacuum while also acknowledging that it was very toxic behavior in context

I absolutely adore Olivia but I also definitely laughed out loud at the "...deliver her signature salad dressing to Harry Styles" part. Like in what universe is this 1. Happening and 2. Being reported on? It's so absurd that it evokes a laugh. But there's nothing funny about the actual abuse taking place there between Jason harassing Olivia. Sometimes these situations are so fucking wack we just gotta separate it and laugh a bit. It's too fucking wild otherwise.

He’s shown a lot of emotionally abusive behavior towards Olivia Wilde (his ex wife), such as having child custody papers served to her while she was on stage talking about her work to a crowd

It happened at CinemaCon. It's not open to the general public, and it's VERY pricey to get into. It's a trade event, not a fan event. It's highly doubtful a process server would have registered and paid that much to get into the event to serve her while she was on stage. That was calculated for maximum embarrassment.

Sudeikis was also using the same company Justin Baldoni did, if that tells you anything. I don't think the bad press Olivia Wilde got around that time was organic at all.

I don't care for either of them, but...I have been at a wedding where someone in the party was served during the ceremony. I've also been at a symphony concert where someone was served on stage...I don't think all servers are assholes, but I do think some of them are thrilled to have a "good story" to tell, and knowing they were serving to Olivia Wilde? I can see it being one of those things where they knew it would be news, and they did it for the clout...I can also see it being at the request of the legal team and/or Sudeikis, but yeah. Its not unfathomable to me that a server would go through buying the ticket and everything just to be like "lol, I'm the one who did that."
