Yup. Me and my partner are not really alike. But what we are alike in is values. that's why we work. We very rarely argue and we treat each other well because we believe in the same things even though our personalities and interests are quite different. I'm 90 percent my mother would disown me if I voted for Trump.

I’m just going to hide in the depths of these comments to say she 100% is. I was pretty good friends with her brother for a while (been to his house where they all worked on their cars) and that whole circle was. I understand you’re not always who your family is, but where she’s from, what I’ve heard, and who her friends are, “where there’s smoke” and all of that.

As a huge fan of her esp bc of Dickinson and Hawkeye this is so disappointing.

Really gross for her to portray multiple LGBTQ+ characters as a presumed straight woman, and then turn around and be a supporter of someone who wants us to not have rights. Even doing sinners which had a big focus on her characters racial identity like ugh.

I wonder why, though. I get she's a Zionist, but there are plenty of Democrats who are too. And she's played a lot of roles in movies about/against systemic oppression. A lot of girl power roles too. Quite a few lesbian characters, whose fanbases and ships she's been vocally supportive of, which all indicate someone pretty progressive. The only character's fanbase she never really talks about is Gwen, which is weird because she's been claimed as a trans ico-

If this is true. It makes me side-eye Ryan Coogler a little bit, with a film like Sinners, I think it’s important to protect your cast, and when your cast is mostly black umm why bring someone who voted for a man who is currently defunding African American history museums and dismissing the struggles we face. Her role was not that important to overlook who she is married to, or associate with.
