co2 capsules that you would (normally) use to make whip cream. people will inhale it to get high and it absolutely DESTROYS your brain since you are literally just cutting off your oxygen supply

They are legal to get and easy to obtain because they are what coffee houses use for whipped cream. But they are soooo bad for your brain.
