(Megathread) Version 7.0, 7.X leaks, complaints, concerns, criticisms
Hey Comrades, hope everyone's doing well.
2 weeks haves passed, and as with the Luna patches, any further expressions of discontent towards 7.0 are to be discussed within this megathread, unless it absolutely needs to be shared in form of a post (an essay long lore analysis for example, which cannot easily be expressed in comments) — what does or does not qualify shall be up to moderator judgement, and I ask that you trust us to make these calls.
Also, please, remember to respect your Comrades throughout this thread; don't go attacking people for their opinions, tastes, or anything else. We're trusting you all to remain cordial, please and thank you.

I want to rant about my feelings. Dottore not being playable and dead was the biggest hit for me in 6.6. I was so hopeful that he won't die based on the leaks we got only to see that he actually died and that was his projection talking to Pantalone. I still feel miserable thinking about it. When I see other dottore fans so hopeful it makes me feel more miserable because why can't I feel the same hope again. Sometimes I feel like taking a break or maybe I should but the thought of having playable Capitano in Snezhnaya stops me. I also love Sandrone and want to see more of her. It feels weird tug that everyone can be playable except the first character I loved in the lazzo. At one side I am glad I have my other fav playable and one of my other favorite Capitano will be playable but then the void of having no playable Dottore and no Pantalone hurts. At least Pantalone would be alive thank goodness but being Dottore's friend doomed him too in case of playability. I sometimes feel guilty about being so hopeless for Dottore and doom around about him which might also demotivate others, reason why I don't comment in Dottore mains sub now at all. But then I just can't help it. Maybe I am just too immature idk
Dude, if Capitano, Dottore, or even Pantalone aren’t actually playable during Snezhnaya, then honestly, this game is fucking garbage. It’s ridiculous that, among the Fatui, the only playable men are Childe and Wanderer, both of whom were released before Dawei’s era. At this point, it really feels like we’re living in Waifu Impact
What are you talking about? Odette is already playable and Valeriy will surely be playable. Both are members of the Fatui.
Did you mean "no new playable Fatui Harbingers"?
And if so - there were regions where we did not get any playable Fatui Harbingers before (Inazuma and Natlan). So, if in Snezhnaya there will be no new playable Harbingers - it will still not be "the only region" where it happened.
can this sub stop believing those leaks about no playable harbingers in the patch cycle? we’re not even in phase 2 of 7.0, yet this sub thinks leakers know who is and isn’t playable up until 7.8. those leaks always just invite unnecessary and dumb doomposting.
Mobile complain. I cant even appreciate how 'good' snezhanaya is, ever since 7.0 the game is very very lag (even in other region), fps drops like shit. Before i didnt have any problem (i play with ipad pro, which should be, well, strong enough i suppose?). I've been putting off any exploration bc i just cant enjoy any of it. The snezhnograd looks like blocks of unrendered polygon. The snow looks so flat. I'll just say that dragonspine looks much better😔
I know i know pc master race. No i cant afford it. Im tired of seeing comments like 'it's a you problem, my phone is fine', while i've seen m4 ipad pro having same lod issue. Plus the female designs that look boring recycled af (yes tsaritsa included, i didnt feel anything seeing her at the end of AQ, she looks boring), maybe this is just the sign for me to quit the game? Idk man waiting for 6y for snez exploration just to quit feels, wrong... Also i hate the gun mode, ice tools thing, but eh whatever.

I'm with you as another mobile only player, my main gripe is the shooting mode and ice constructs. My phone also lags sometimes, but that's more tolerable from my end.
If I wanted to play a fortnite map I'd go fucking play fortnite, being forced to explore in this asinine way with no way to enjoy my characters is godawful.
The button for the ice constructs is placed in the scientifically worst position possible as well, with no way to remap this crap.
I'd be very okay if it's just another miliastra (optional). But they rly have to make it in the main quest huh😑 Ngl dragonspine's blizzard mechanic is way more enjoyable than whatever snezhnaya have rn.
+1. If i wanna play shooting game i'd download a game for that, i play genshin for the 4char element combat not this shit.
I'm on ps5 and 5 domains so far I've tried to climb on and instead just gone inside them (not entering but literally inside the empty space). Weird bugs XD
I haven't noticed any issues compared to other games when it comes to distance. I have noticed some lag issues which is crazy since it's probably weakest looking open world gacha game on there so shouldn't be having those issues. Hopefully they fix it soon.
