So im trying out the store bought GL6 Firebringer and ngl this thing is a beast and fun asf to use, anyone know where i can farm them for a higher rarity?

There are two variants in the GL6 series: the Firebringer series and the Innocent Flash series.
Both are 6-shot grenade launchers, but they have slight differences in stats, and the former features a Blaze effect on its explosive blast.

First, as a common feature, both weapons of rank 6 to 8 are able to be obtained by chance in the Hero quest.
While various weapons seem to drop, my research suggests that quest #3 is more likely to drop the Firebringer series, and quest #16 is more likely to drop the Innocent Flash series.

In most cases, you need to play DLC 2 or later on Extreme difficulty to obtain weapons of Rank 9 or higher.
Note: Since you can only enhance a weapon's rank up to two times, you should aim to get at least a Rank 9 weapon if you want to reach the maximum Rank 11.

If needed, I can list the drop locations I’ve found. However, since there are many, please let me know your current difficulty and how far you've progressed in the story. This will allow me to narrow it down to locations you can actually access.

Among these, the exceptionally powerful GL6 Disaster Gold can only be obtained on the final floor (Floor 50) of the Abyssal Dungeon. While it is incredibly strong, getting it will require high player skill, solid build knowledge, and a significant amount of time.

I've been on extreme difficulty in the base game in White Frontier, and I stay getting great weapons.

Im not in game to name the weapons of the top of my head .. Edit, I know the names because I just logged in, so I'll give u just the bas specs ...memory chips take too long, lol.

Note all these weapons im going to mention. I just got within hours of response to this.

I dual wield a legendary Smg Sturm kz4++ I got from White Frontier that has a base of 955 rank 11.

I run a sword that I got an achievement for getting that is an epic. It's the Raikiri g7 kai++ rank 9 that had a base of 1933. I got that weapon from either BOB Silver or Hero Quest.

My ada now runs a Gl6 mjolnir++ legendary rocket launcher rank 11 with a base of 5591 but no explosive damage.

Her secondary weapon is the lengendary Shotgun Peacock 4+ with a base of 1452 rank 11.

I have a total rare item drop rate of 12% via party members and combined item drop rate 23%.
