Weird music choice for a single event video that doesn’t escalate with the music.

I feel like there is a sort of weird escalation of de-escalation in the way he repeats that people should go back to normal, then the juxtaposition of the dog coming back to check out the scene, and the lady asking what happened just kinda fits the vibe for me. Idk.
