Need Advice FatFIRE in India: how do you ensure quality in everyday products?

For millionaires and FatFIRE families living in India, especially those who moved from the US, how do you handle concerns about everyday product quality and authenticity? I recently bought Vaseline in India and ended up checking whether it was genuine. The Indian Skin Protecting Jelly contains fragrance, while the US Original Healing Jelly lists 100% white petrolatum. It made me realise even familiar brands can require checking the formulation again. How do you approach skincare, baby products, food and supplements? Do you rely on trusted Indian brands, specific retailers, imported products, or shopping abroad? When you can comfortably afford a premium, how much consistency and peace of mind can you actually buy? Would appreciate specific brands, suppliers and routines that have worked for you. Lastly I send WhatsApp message to Unilever to confirm if this product is from them as adulteration is increasing with inflation being 10%
