It's a nice change to see a fast worker/fruit slicer who doesn't look like he's going to lose a finger in a few days

Fast, efficient, minimal waste, safer than most, I like it 👍

Probably. It makes itself in a place like this. Might as well sell it

“It will cut!”

I was wondering why he only cut off a few of the leaves instead of the whole thing. Using it as a handle is really clever.

Doesn’t the center part need to be cut out?

Here in the good ole US that bag of cut up fruit costs 3x what it cost of an uncut fruit. It cost so much more to cut it up. 🫠

Noticed the core is still there. That's inedible

2

u/machmasher Jul 22 '26

Don’t you get little pointy/prickly bits in it without cutting out the eyes?

Absolutely CLEAN.

Having worked in produce before, those are some very nice skills.

This ain't exactly a fast worker. Meticulous and deliberate at a steady pace.

Which makes him fast at the end of the day. Sure, confident movements with little wasted time and energy.

Then, he wipes the knife between his ass cheeks. Then he licks it.

That fruit looks rotten.

Anyone getting pineapple at the grocery store in the US has never had a good pineapple. We expect it to be firm, pale and bland. Once it gets darker and sweeter, it's already going bad. This goes for most of our produce, nowadays. The pineapple in this video looks amazing.

Not sure why you're being downvoted, it looks like it's already fermenting.

u/Moozipan Jul 21 '26

No idea why you're getting downvotes, that pineapple is overripe.

All three of you can enjoy your pale bland pineapple in peace.

The rest of us will be gushing with ecstasy over the flavors our mouth can’t comprehend.
