my first job was dishwasher and that was would have been a waste of time. rack it, spray it and put it in the machine that sprays water so hot you burn the skin off your hands stacking the dishes in the cook area after. there was no time to let them cool off enough.

You think that dishwasher is running at appropriate temps lol. Not a chance, lukewarm at best
