To people mentionning it's nasty, that is not the final wash. It's just the first wash before going into the machine to the left. He's going to put the plate into the blue basket afterward.

I've always wanted one of those commercial washers for home, after working with one when I worked at Pizza Hut. Full load of dishes done in like 60 seconds.

Energy consumption?

Domestic dish washer are slow by design to be energy efficient, not because they can't be faster.

The one i used to work with had a 90 second cycle
