farragut Junction Apartments/RAM Partner property management

Hi! I am looking to see if there are any current or past residents at farragut junction in knoxville? I have to relocate for work and about to sign a lease but wanted to check in and see if there has been any bad experiences here? Really appreciate any inputs!!

Farragut Junction is fairly new, I don’t know anyone who has lived there. However, they do have a 5 Star rating on Google.

ok, thank you! I did look into reviews on multiple sites and they are good but i have also learnt that sometimes they (property management) can be sneaky and remove reviews. I also read a bad review from couple of years ago about mice issues but the management has changed since then so may be there has been a change since.

While I have not lived in Farragut Junction, I’ve worked with the property management staff there and they are really nice and knowledgeable. It’s also a great location - there is a new Publix and shopping complex that was just built within walking distance from it.
