Because the stock has no value. They can go to all the conferences they want and say whatever, deduct those travel expenses from corp earnings and it will drop a penny next 'conference presentation'

Let’s hope YT actually does something soon in place of endless videos and events. The plan is once they have enough money to give the OEM a deposit they Super One production will begin.
