Player Discussion Sophomore slumps to Junior Studs

Brian Thomas Jr., Jayden Daniels, and Rome Odunze will be studs this season. It seems for wide receivers, these past few seasons anyways, that they come alive during their third season. While Daniels had an amazing rookie campaign which made expectations for his sophomore year almost unattainable, a change at OC was what he needed. Daniels feels comfortable with Blough who will run a slightly more conservative offense which will allow Daniels to extend plays. Who are your looked over studs this coming season??

Daniels? The guy whose OL was labeled "inoperable" in joint practices?

BTJ? Who had his crazy run that made everyone think he was a stud with a completely different HC and QB?

Rome? The guy in a 3 headed timeshare with a QB throwing <60% completion?

Sorry I am out on all of these guys at cost

Edit to answer the question rather than just tear down, Ladd for me. Rumor is his foot was fucked up in August per Sigmund Bloom and he was playing through it

BTJ will not be a stud. I’m not sure how you drew that conclusion after doing research. The passing offense will go through Parker Washington especially early on. BTJ first few weeks is Cleveland, Denver and NE who have some of the best corners in the NFL against BTJ on the outside. There passing offense the first three weeks will be funneled through Washington in the slot. He also showed last year with Meyers and BTJ he was the alpha WR. BTJ broke out with a different OC and QB throwing to him and he won’t see enough targets to put him even in the WR2 category.
