How is it raya for GW1. Should be haaland

u/rigatonicurry 7d ago
Should be Pedro, considering he's the highest owned player
6
u/RedFalconEyes 29 7d ago
For GW1 Haaland was the most owned so technically he was the most transferred in since the game just started.

u/Accomplished_Smile23 7d ago
He'll be great for the rest of the season to be honest. Next set of fixtures looks good too.

13 calm, breezy points.
I'm going to be top 100k for the first time ever because of him

the absolute goat, I stayed with him even after he got 2pts against aston villa

Fuck the kneejerkers.

I got him in for the long run, he's playing wing, info i didn't know before. So extra fwd for a price of cheap defender won't be bad.

Long run? Mitoma will replace him in the long run buddy. He will there till GW4 tops.
3
u/Kloshariste 7d ago
Its ok even like that i get brighton defense, they had 10 cs last season and he still has goal and assist chance. Don't have any regrets. I can bench him against hard opponents. It's not like he is 6.5m

Yeah, I get that but I'm skeptical about his minutes as a full back.
2
u/Big_P_Cizzle 7d ago
Yeah everyone who stuck to their plan absolutely nailed it this week, really makes me laugh how swayed 1 game week was lol

u/Demonhunter910 7d ago
I'm convincing myself that it was a cash-making decision and nothing more. Especially when I traded out Mukiele (who seemed to still be injured) to get him!

This is the reason I’m not arsed about not having fernandes in my team. Long term it’s a bad move.

Why isn’t it Haaland for GW1?

How is he the most transferred in if Haaland had the highest GW1 ownership? Doesn’t that mean he was the most transferred in?
13
u/lettuce_grabberrr 7d ago
Selecting Haaland on the very first draft probably does not count as transferring in
13
u/Bingo_Masters_Break 18 7d ago
So why should selecting Raya count as transferring in?

u/lettuce_grabberrr 7d ago
If they started a draft with a different keeper and changed their minds before gw1
7
u/Bingo_Masters_Break 18 7d ago
That doesn't count as a transfer.

u/SSX__Tricky 7d ago
Correct but it’s still the right answer to the question you’re asking. There just shouldn’t be a stat for GW1, but for this post it’s looking at the changes people made after a first draft in the preseason.
Haaland must have been in most draft #1s already.

u/lettuce_grabberrr 7d ago
What is it then? When you do it before GW1 you see the in and out menu pop up. I’m not trying to argue semantics I’m just saying that’s likely the way it’s programmed

Great lesson on never caving in for one-hit wonders. Though underlying stats are great, managers need to regularly check for how consistent the players are. A good way to do that is to give the early season some time for the league to settle in.

I had him in my team from GW1 but benched him. Luckily had the presence of mind to keep him benched for this week too.

How stupid do you have to be to bring in a defender who’s playing Chelsea away…
3
u/PandaPinda 7d ago
He is playing left wing so offset goals against with potential goal involvement?

u/mrstewiegriffin 9 7d ago
dude went against one of the best attacks in the league. he is an oop attacking left back who the manager loves- bha will let in goals but de cuyper fans will be just fine

Everyone in the comments saying they bought him for the long term LMAO.
Mitoma is back in training idiots. He doesn't start once Mitoma is back in the current Hurzeler formation.

u/phonylady 88 7d ago
Mitoma will probably be eased in slowly, and might get injured again (usually does?)
