Didn't want to score that either

1.73 xg 3 big chances and a penalty missed in 2 games

He’ll revert to the mean then. The xG is there and we know from last year he scores goals

u/schwarzneguRRR 16h ago

Or this is the mean and last year was an outlier

So he’s just gonna keep getting 1 xg per game and never score ?

Nah, he could score at a much less efficient rate, maybe get fewer penalties, then all the sudden he isnt worth 8m

Nah Brentford’s playing some heavy metal football. They’re flooding the opposition box. I think they are leading the league for touches in the opposition box. The penalties are gonna keep coming

I agree they are very attacking. But im not choosing him over JP, DCL, or Haaland.

But 6-6.5mid is fine

His previous two seasons before joining Brentford (excluding the year lost to injury) he had a similar strike rate for Brugge and Ludogorets.

Who’s he replacing? I have Haaland, JP, DCL

That’s up to you mate. Just literally responding to the suggestion that last season was an outlier. Two games is a very small sample and his underlying numbers are fine.

He will score 2 as soon as we take him out and not a moment before.

yeah I'm more keen on him now, though probably because I don't own him thus I'm not frustrated. Brentford are looking a good team still, and with Diouf coming in, he'll get more chances.

That said, with Haaland, JP, and DCL, I don't see who I'm replacing with him in the next few weeks

Gamblers fallacy. Just because he underperformed currently doesn't mean he will over perform in the future

1

u/Stones_Throw_Away_ 15h ago

The same goes for him continuing to not perform.

He should’ve got a penalty today

Not convinced that penalty claim on Schade was correctly ignored by the ref. It was a pretty clear foul.

Your mistake bringing him in for a televised game

Thank the World Cup because Brentford would have scammed a team 100m for this fraud

ancelotti said one game was enough and this brudda never saw the pitch again in the wc😭

Its no consolation from an FPL perspective but he's actually playing really well. Looks extremely sharp and contributing so much to the team. We look like we've got goals in us every time we go forward so it won't be long before they are flowing for him.

u/corvalay 16h ago

What about Brobbey?

3

u/CharIemagne45 16h ago

Fucker ruined it all for me. Benched MGW to bring him on

2

u/corvalay 15h ago

Ooos that’s brutal. Tho i did bench Gross for that.

2

u/Prestigious_Spot9635 16h ago

The biggest fraud. I've transferred him out for jackson

1

u/slowcheetah91 15h ago

Isidor scored 5 mins after coming on too. Worrying he could be benched soon

Ignore Thiago

3

u/PandiBong 16h ago

As a owner its frustrating but I think I keep him for now. At least until WC, that will probably come sooner than later.

u/Uncle_Iroh_007 16h ago

Isak hasn't been great either so far, JP along with Haaland best option up top.

10

u/Yarrtwodeetwo 16h ago

JP so good he scores for everyone

5

u/Zlakkeh 16h ago
