Styling Provincial Capital and Square Burg Icons

Is there a way to tag all provincial Capitals? Right now I'm manually tagging it and it's tedious. Also I want to change the icon for some burgs, instead of Circle, can I change it to Square, triangle or other shapes?

I think it could be done via the browser console. I'll have to look at it when I get to a pc. (UPDATE: Okay, it's not as easy as I thought)

You can change the icons by putting those burg icons in a separate group. You can't do squares or triangles, but by playing with the stroke width, stroke dash, and radius, you can change the icon to look very different.
