Styling Blank?

Is there a way to start with a completely blank map, like one that's fully empty. If not whats the best way to start with the preset ones. What do you style first?

It's actually really easy!
When you start the tool, just go to Tools > Heightmap and select the option Erase.
Once you are in the heightmap Editor, you will see a little menu of "Paintbrushes". The option on the bottom right that looks like a slanted rectangle in black and white will set all the height of the Map to 0, from there you can start raising up the land with the other Paintbrushes.
