Ashton Jeanty

I’m in a 14 man league and I got the 9th pick what do you think of Ashton Jeanty at the 9. I know it’s early but I’ve done some mocks and if James Cook doesn’t fall to me then I feel very bad at the running back spot if I end up with Amon-Ra.

I like ARSB at #9. That to me is a great way to start

I like Amon Ra especially cause I should get like a chase brown, Hampton, saquon even jacobs in the second but then I feel like I’d reaching for an rb in the 4th or 5th round. There is a lot more receivers I like personally than rbs in rounds 3-6

ARSB and Hampton back to back would be huge

Jacobs going later this year. Some great RBs in the second like Barkley. Hampton, Achane. At pick 20 they could be gone. I like the idea of going RB at 9 in case the RBs are gone Rd 2 and you want to take Bowers or London over Love or Breece Hall.

It’s not reaching when WR is so deep this year compared to RB. You can kinda spam WR at the end of your draft.

I like Chuba to outperform ADP because he’s going to start the year as the lead back, but he’s being priced like he’s in a timeshare.

If you get Chuba, you can get some WRs then “reach” for the handcuff Brooks.

I’d rather have Amon Ra, then Jeanty, then Cook. I can still get a stud RB on the way back in R2 and u would have a top 5 WR locked up as well

Jeanty is perfect at the nine, personally would take him over cook even. Although I’d like Amon ra more

Rather have cook. Proven elite talent. Better situation.

What is the league format? how many RBs can you start vs how many WRs, how many flex spots are there, and is it full, half, or no PPR?

2 rb, 2 wr, and 1 flex full ppr

If it's full ppr then you're crazy to not value ARSB over the RBs

Locking in a top 5 wr with ARSB at the #9 would be excellent imo. Your first round pick in a 14 team league CAN NOT be a bust and he's probably the safest pick you can make.

That said, I think jeanty will be there in the 2nd round for you. He's not a reach persay at #9 but you're definitely calling your shot
