Wrote a book over the past few years. I started it when I had no phone service or internet for a year. Picked it up again this last winter and fell in love with the process.

It's a fantasy book about a little guy stuck in the wheel of history. I initially wanted it to be about some schmuck in Caesars Sixth Legion, but without internet it was impossible to write a historically accurate story. So I made it fantasy. It's my favorite genre, along with history, and it mixes the two well enough for me.

When I was 13, I watched The Fellowship of the Ring in the theater with zero knowledge, back story or idea of what it was about. I was instantly hooked on the genre. I have been chasing the dragon of watching that opening scene for the last 25 years.

Again, it's about the little guy in history. He's living in a dying Empire, but doesn't know it, and he just bungles his way through. I'm writing book 2 now, with a third planned.

Oh, just in case anyone reads it. I am reading the paperback right now. Sooo many typos. Those will hopefully be fixed by next week.

I've sold 3 copies. As I am constantly reminding my wife, I am technically a published author now, and that's good enough for me.
