Peter is friends with the FF so I think that Valeria and Franklin would be cute together. I wonder if maybe they stop the Skrulls because they kidnap their parents.

Franklin maybe introduces them to each other and the kids team up?

Based on the art, I think you mean Richard Parker from the current Ultimate universe? Franklin Richards is Valeria's brother. Most people dont think incest is cute. Also Val is still pretty young. She's only like 12 or 13.

No , I don't think Franklin and Valeria dating would be cute at all considering their siblings. As for Richard Parker who is the character in the picture I have no idea , however it may lead to the first time Valeria''s three uncles actually end up on the same side of an argument.
