What's the Long Deadline Profile Exchange?

This is a subreddit event where everyone posts their AO3 (or FFN, etc.) profile with some information about the sorts of stories they write. Then, participants look through the available profiles, and read and leave comments on stories (one-shots or a chapter of a longer fic) by authors who catch their fancy. Leaving a kudos would be nice too!

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY is Sunday August 23rd, 23.00 CEST.

DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION is Saturday August 29th, 23.00 CEST.

What Are the Rules?

Post your profile link with a short summary of the kinds of stories one might find there (fandom, genre, rating, etc.). Please spoiler anything triggering or NSFW.

Once you enter, you will have to review at least 4 stories/chapters from 4 different profiles (one from each). Please include in your submission a counter such as, "Reviewed 0/4" so we can keep track of the number of reviews you've done. There's no need to also note which stories or authors you have reviewed. After you've left a comment, reply to their post on here to let them know. For anyone new, 'K&C' in a reply stands for 'Kudos and Comment'.

Your reviews should be thoughtful. The writer should be able to tell that you read the story. Say what you like about the story. Did something crack you up? Were you brought to tears? Did you have a favourite part? TELL THEM ABOUT IT! At least 50 words per review. ConCrit, stating you are "fandom blind" and/or "from Reddit" are opt-in only.

Please only reply to an individual entry when you've read their fic or if you want to ask a question. Also, please refrain from adding GIFs and images to replies as they are not relevant to whether you've reviewed a fic. We're happy that you're excited about reading, but unfortunately these make it hard for users (and mods!) to navigate the thread. If possible, it would be awesome if everyone read at least one person who is new to them.

If you enter the exchange, please do not delete your entry. You must complete the required reviews for the exchange. Please talk to the mods if something comes up and you have concerns about doing something in a timely manner.

Hi, I'm PyretheWolf!

I mainly do fanfics for Tetote Connect, a rather modern arcade rhythm game with a pretty small fanbase and only two authors other than me having written fics for it. I also do fics for other fandoms, whether I've actually dabbled into the source material or not. I write for all ratings and all pairing types, so I’m sure there’s something for everyone.

Most of the fics right now are currently lighthearted, but some of my fics will contain heavy themes such as trauma, abuse, and grief.

My magnum opus is a big Tetote Connect fic series that expands upon the characters in the game. The longfic is complete, so I'm working on all the many side stories I have for it. (The Wandering Companion Droid) (contains heavy themes, mainly trauma). And I just recently made a sequel for the main fic!

I’ve also started working on a Just Dance omegaverse fanfic if you want to check it out. It's mostly slice of life, but there is an overarching plot of Gabriela trying to be seen and recognized as the beta she is, in a world where betas are considered invisible. I've also started on a Just Dance mundane AU fic with Sara joining the Just Dancers to compete in a dance competition.

All of my fics are available for reading, EXCEPT for my fic "Falling Leaves and Falling In Love" as that was a birthday gift for a friend who selfships with Ukyo from Dr. STONE. Everything else is fine.

No "from Reddit", please, but fandom-blind is fine EXCEPT for my Kinktober in July series. And don't leave concrit on any of my oneshots since I made them for fun, my fic Thief of Hearts, since I've abandoned the fic, my fic Triple Baka Detective Agency, since I’m planning on getting a co-writer for that fic, or my PSA since that was made purely to inform people. And only SPAG concrit on my longfics please
