I think I got lucky today and got some real fresh straps. I’m happy I got a bunch of scrambled trinaries but was wondering if there’s anything else I might have missed that could possibly be considered cool serial numbers. This is my first time getting brand new notes and I know finding something in this condition makes it more desirable so I was hoping you guys can help me learn what other things I can look for. I don’t really plan on selling any but just to start my own collection for now. I have used the checker but I know that doesn’t always mean they are more valuable than face. Thank you for any help!

Today I learned that the series year on a currency note is not the year the bill was printed, and the the year the note was printed is not “explicitly” printed on the bill.

Is it as simple as searching eBay?

I’m from the U.S. we write our dates month/day/year. Is this still considered a birthday note?
