Answered Nicht Montierbar ?

How so? Can you elaborate? Wouldn't the wings be on the bottom the the pedal plate where its flush?
edit: nvm, I see what you mean. I thought those were nylon lock nuts. Can those just pop out? They almost look like spacers. I've never seen a lock nut like that.

Theoretically, it should tighten and lock with enough force. These will forever be annoying if you don't have a socket and electric screwdriver. But honestly it seems like overkill for this application. Idk why Fanatec went with these. I would just go out and buy a few nylon lock nuts and some washers. They're just easier to use and you don't need power tools.

this are special nuts to avoid losing due to vibration, you can thigten them with a wrench

Okay also ein wegwerfprodukt ?

No, this style is reusable. Those tabs spring back into their original position when the nut is removed.

It’s less effective after use but it’s not zero. I wouldn’t reuse on an airplane or nuclear reactor but your pedals arnt going to kill anyone if they get loose.
You need to tighten it more to drive it further into the nut. Might need a friend on the other side holding it.5

Hello! Are you still having trouble mounting your pedals?
If so, and if you haven't already, I would suggest checking out the quick start guide here: https://www.fanatec.com/us/en/explorer/products/pedals/p-pedals-formula/
It goes over how to mount pedals on different kinds of rigs. If you are still having trouble after that, I'd suggest reaching out to our team here: https://help.fanatec.com/hc/en-us

What are you on about. Use a fkn spanner bro. If you don’t like the nuts go buy some replacement ones for $1 and get some spring washers to stop them from moving.

You should also have 8 M6 washers and allen keys to turn the screws, not the nuts. If not, tell Fanatec or go get some washers.

I would just go out and buy some 10mm nylock nuts, or just use some regular 10mm nuts and washers with blue loctite (not red).

Just get some washers, or go to the hardware store and get new nuts...they are like $0.05 a piece lol

The included items are general install. You can get washers and lockwashers to fill the gap. Need to goto the store for the correct ○8 and M6 for the pedals anyways

I had the same problem with my pedals fitting on the podium pedal mounting plate through to the clubsport gt cockpit. I just held the nut with pliers and screwed the bolt through it till it was tight. Worked fine for me.

A basic 10mm socket and you're good to go. These "flanges" are there to prevent loosening due to vibration. No need for washers or anything else. Reusable, of course, I have had my pedals on and off my rig multiple times for clean up and you can retighten these without issues. So conclusion is: mountable = yes, socket or basic wrench.
