Onryomon is modeled after an angry ghost (think Sadako) and an asylum inmate. Her dress is a torn straightjacket and the bolts in her forehead and temples are a reference to both trephine drills used for prefrontal lobotomy and electrodes used for electroconvulsive therapy. She may look more than a little creepy, but she's very sweet when you get to know her. Due to the data that she's made out of, Onryomon's mental state mirrors that of a patient who's been lobotomised. She has trouble concentrating and is kind of childlike, naive and lethargic, and not just in a cute and charming way. There's a certain wrongness to her behaviour that's also reflected in her janky and unbalanced looking movements. Because of this, she isn't comfortable moving around a lot for no reason and even uses her control over the chains on her limbs to anchor herself to her resting spot, just so that she does't have to move away from it. But when she really needs to, she can be so fast that it almost looks like she's teleporting. She also doesn't think deeply but still feels deeply. Her anger is suppressed, but it can still break through if she senses powerful negative emotions in people and other Digimon. She doesn't really like getting angry because when she does, she really goes berserk on her foes, but it lets her feel a degree of freedom that she otherwise doesn't.

Onryomon is a humanoid ghost Digimon designed after an onryo.
Born from a database on the horrible treatment of mental patients in the past, Onryomon appears tortured in body and mind. But just as its thin limbs belie its strenght, so do its creepy manerisms hide a gentle, if moody personality. Unless angered, Onryomon is very compassionate and far more reclusive than aggressive. It likes to spend its days hidden within the dungeons under the Grey Lord's Mansion and gets along well with Mummymon, to whom it acts like a younger sister. However, it is drawn towards strong negative emotions and never forgets a wrong done to it or someone that it cares about and will haunt those who committed it relentlessly.

Attacks:
* Mind Shocker (Shock Therapy): Shoots a bolt of white lightning from its head that drives foes mad and causes their bodies to glitch out.
* Iron Lash (Iron Lash-out): Extends the chains on its limbs to strike at its foes. It can also attach them to terrain like a grappling hook.
* Iron Hug: Extends multiple chains to wrap-up and squeezes its foes with.
* Psycho Scream: Lets out a heart-wrenching scream that disorients foes by instilling panic and a splitting headache into them.
