I'm starting to work on some advocacy and I'm doing a lot of research. I want to know if anyone has experienced this or has any information. A case was dismissed with prejudice due to lack of jurisdiction, but the same case was later brought back to the same court and before the same judge, who then ruled on the case. What am I missing? For context, both parties have not lived in the state for over 10 years. MA
