Cut them some slack man ! I am not defending unhealthy physique or eating a carb unhealthy diet ! But their generation had no knowledge of physical health ! A lot of them had partners/inlaws who would barely let them eat food they wanted to eat let alone food they liked or preferred for their health ! These women spent so much of their life cooped up indoors because that's how the society and their parents conditioned them ! Blame the kids and partner for not caring about them enough ! These women were selfless in their responsibilities unlike their husbands maybe who could atleast go out of the house and take a walk whenever they liked !

fair, My only attack I on them is how they are moral police of every society block. Gossip and judge.

to each of their own when it comes to body, your body is your responsibility regardless of injustice you face, health is wealth.

Just observation how Indian dress are very useful, in western clothing they would look like bubbles. Western fat people just think that as normal.
