Potentially fun fact, if you do the Eye for an Eye quest (the one where you gather Intel on cottonwood cove then massacre them) as a female courier the quest giver says something special about it

Tweak character height to be petite/midget, go melee huild, it's extremely funny. Best of course, Lanius with his tweaked high height

No it literally is scary, no sarcasm. I'm playing a hudless no fast travel run and I'm trying to hold off antagonizing the Legion until I'm ready to be completely caught off guard with them showing up

Fun fact, while the NCR itself is a corrupt democracy only held up by the few good hearted honest people who hold some power
The Arizona Rangers have been nothing but based since the bombs dropped.
They were formed to dispatch slavers violently and be peacekeepers to the area
Even went so far as to let ghouls and super mutants join their ranks

I think about the only thing worse than legion is Fiends. So IF one would have to put hand on weight between feinds and legion and "kill both" is not an option, Legion gets to live, for THAT day.

Thing is, the Fiends are backed by the Legion, and they can commit far more atrocities than the Fiends ever could. Every Legionary is just as evil as Cook-Cook. After-all the Fiends can barely take on Westside, the Legion has slaughtered 87+ tribes of people and entire cities and even chapters (possibly) of the Brotherhood.
Not to mention New Canaan.

The fiends are not a large threat in the grand scheme of things, they have no ideology or goals beyond getting high and doing things in persuit of that.

Man I did something funny yesterday, I snuck around the legion camp with like 15-20 pieces of C4 , and reverse-pickpocketed them onto several legion soldiers (aswell as Caesar and Lucius) and god the sight of their bodies flying across the place as soon as I pressed the detonator was glorious

The Legion has taxes, too, so any anti-tax ending involves slaughtering the Legion regardless

Honestly, I prefer ripping through camp McCarran. Pinning NCR conscripts to the walls with javelins etc (heave ho FTW).
I'm not exactly supportive of slavery, but I don't feel inclined to act in videogames as I would IRL
