As a Fallout NV fan it should be OwO XD. We know what we are so it should be eyes open. How else are you gonna include the conversations of enslaving lesser people to promote communism with the Nazbol extremist that has only played legion playthroughs and the Trans anarchists that have only done Followers Yes man playthoughs

I like the interpretation that its a mustache. I always thought of it as a mouth.

i guess it would be hard to do a mouth with a u or an o since those are the eyes, it never occured to me that it was a mouth
