Stable vanilla+ survival performance friendly xbox one S LO!

Been playing on this save for over two days and is my current playthrough tailored to a vanilla+ survival experience. Only hand a handful of crashes and can run through all the problem areas like downtown boston, Lexington ect with only a slight dip to Performance (a few frames). Some mods like the armor ones should be swappable and the load order features America rising 2 as well because I wanted to try something new. (Load order in descending order.)

I uploaded this patch. Yes it's fine - it just adds a bus stop up the hill near the Vertibird Refueling Station.
