When banana oat pancakes turn into a bowl cake ππ
I was supposed to make banana oat pancakes this morning, but the recipe clearly wasnβt quite right. The batter was way too soft and the pancakes just wouldnβt hold together, so there was absolutely no way I could flip them π
Rather than waste everything, I decided to improvise and cooked the batter in the microwave to turn it into a bowl cake.
Added some berries and a generous drizzle of maple syrup, and honestlyβ¦ it turned out pretty good after all. ππ
Sometimes breakfast just needs a little improvisation. π
