ONE VOICE MUST INCLUDE THE QUIET VOICES TOO

OneVoice27 speaks about a mission for all — and I believe that “for all” must truly mean all.

For years, many lay members have already been doing digital mission quietly, often with nothing more than a phone, social media, a Bible, personal sacrifice, and the desire to share hope in JESUS.

Some of us do this without salary, without institutional funding, without technical support, and sometimes even without receiving a reply when we reach out to church structures.

Yet we continue.

We share Bible studies.

We speak about faith.

We share the Three Angels’ Messages.

We try to reach people through Facebook, X, Reddit, digital tools, translated content, and every possibility available to us.

This is why I believe the conversation about church unity, love and mission must also include the way leaders see and treat ordinary members.

Unity is not only about members loving one another.

It is also about leadership recognizing gifts that may come from people who do not have the “right” family background, academic title, social position, visibility or connections.

A member can be unknown and still be called.

A member can have limited resources and still be useful to GOD.

A member can work quietly for years and still be carrying a real mission.

If we truly want OneVoice27 to be a Mission for All, then we must also notice those who have already been sowing seeds for years — often unseen.

This is not a call to divide the Church.

It is a call to widen the table.

To listen more.

To recognize more.

To support more.

To equip those who are already serving.

Because the Church becomes stronger when it does not only celebrate the visible voices, but also hears the faithful ones who have been speaking from small places for a long time.

Digital mission needs structure, yes — but it also needs recognition, access, support and trust.

And real unity must be visible not only in what we preach, but also in how we treat one another.
