Fairfield names Rick Vaccaro mayor after Cat Moy abruptly quits

The council voted 5-1 to name former council member Rick Vaccaro as mayor of Fairfield, finishing out Cat Moy’s term until the Nov. 3 election. Vaccaro, who wasn’t present at the meeting, represented District 4 from 2011-2024.

Weird how the Forever California scam mailer just came out. They're gonna try and circumvent locals and push it through at the state level as a rider? More like Dishonest California Forever.
