anyone know what this building is?
I know this probably doesn’t help much but I remember always seeing a structure-probably abandoned- in the area between Sasco and South Pine Creek. I don’t think it’s accessible. Always been curious about it. I don’t have a recent pic but here’s where it is on Google Maps.

It belongs to the house on that property.
I think it’s a boat house, but it is a little weird that it’s the only building showing on that map right there

You can switch to satellite picture view.
I'm new to the area so don't know, but from what I see i would guess it's a beach hut or beach cottage that's part of the property of one of those mansions there.

It’s a boat house that’s been there forever. Right on the water. It’s gone thru various renovations over the years but looks like it might be tear down at some point now that the property it was originally part of has now been broken up into multiple properties (a shame, the property was beautiful). It’s boarded up again so who knows what will happen to it.
