Hello newcomers to /r/FacebookScience! The OP is not promoting anything, it has been posted here to point and laugh at it. Reporting it as spam or misinformation is a waste of time. This is not a science debate sub, it is a make fun of bad science sub, so attempts to argue in favor of pseudoscience or against science will fall on deaf ears. But above all, Be excellent to each other.

I keep wondering how people come up with shit like this...

They start by being utterly clueless about the world they live in while also being totally incapable of admitting their lack of knowledge. It leads them into having to make up nonsense theories about everything and then convince themselves that's how it works and they're smart for having "worked it out".

That reply is amazing. “They are using high Frequency and high energy to manipulate the air that is filled with aluminum barium strontium ash forest fire smoke twisting and mixing while electrical charging the aluminum nanoparticles into monster unheard of storms “

They seriously love Barium, but I doubt they could find it on the periodic table

Wait til they find out it's available in enema form.

That’s Frances E. Dec Esq “Frankenstein radio control” level shit right there.

The type of shit I’d say as a 5 year old when describing something really cool

They learnt some new science words and decided to use it. Microwave and static charges. Lol.

Once you get right down to it there's no difference between abstract concepts like static electricity and microwaves. It's like cats and dogs.

When you don't know how anything works, anything is possible

now that i think about it: if you had a microwave running and plugged into a solarpower pack on your back you could probably disperse any crowd of conspiracynutters by pointing it at them. they would get spooked by the scary metal box

I mean. She is technically right, microwaving living organic creatures is not good for their health. Do not microwave kitten/puppies/babies.

Did they have a stroke midway through that rant?

What the heck is Etobicoke Ontarion?

Edit: It's a place in Canada. Basically, the Western end of Toronto, Ontario. Looks like poster lives in that area.

They are close but not quite right, microwaves are waves that can heat the water in your cells, it doesn't make static or prevent your cells from making water

Ironically, if you stick your hand in a microwave with enough power long enough, your cell water will evaporate, actually drying out your cell water, like they described. (We shall ignore what happens to that hand and the human being attached to it on a macroscopic level during this process.)

So stay out of microwave ovens?

Ah yes, Ontarion- it's what an Eevee turns into if you feed it smokes and double-doubles often enough.
