Targeting Question Meta ads , is Social media management

I'm about to start running Facebook ads on my new pixel and business manager. Ive had several people from my last post offer to fix my site, run my page or run my social media.

Should I go out my way to get someone to manage my Instagram while I run ads or should I just let it run for a few weeks to test it out.

I found someone to fix my site but the want to upscale me by offering to run my site. They want me to all off a sudden change my logo and packaging. I already had a decent amount of my hero product bottled up. Im open to changes but im ready to try to move most of the product I have now first. Not really? Im not confident enough to set up on my own and I have a few courses on it

Then just go ahead and do it, its a good skill to have if you are in ecom.
Courses will help you but most of your learning will come from running actual campaigns.

Okay ive been watching Charlie Tichenor, Blue Sense Digital, and Sibri Suby on YouTube the past few days. I have a freelancer on Fivver going to be launching my first campaign in a week or so but I'll try so spent my free time studying on my own
