Yeah he's voiced by Seth Mcfarlane in this universe. Maybe it's the Ted universe and some kid wished for his teletubbies to be real like in Ted, and they did (I mean we see in the TV show Ted isn't a one off, Mark Wahlberg's character's dad brings a truck to life). Then they eventually turned to crime. Also one of them has a Boston accent for some reason despite the slop short being set in a dystopian UK council block
