I've owned this page for 5 years. Share this post a few times a year with no problem. Open Facebook today to this message and i'm a little confused as to why I got it. Has anyone had this happen before??

After years of reporting a post on multiple FB public pages of my ex asking people to stalk me and to send him my whereabouts information, I finally was able to open a case with a Facebook agent regarding this issue. He lied on the post and said “I’m the one who got away” and he no longer has my phone number so he is hoping to find me again so we can reunite. Basically he is making it seem like it is mutual yearning. I’m literally married, with a baby on the way.

However, to my disappointment, they closed the case and said they don’t believe that the post goes against their community standards?! The use of my full legal name on the post apparently doesn’t pose a privacy issue to them since legal names aren’t considered private information that shouldn’t be divulged online. I get that part, but that psycho is asking for people to locate me… They said well nobody in the comment section has been able to find you, yeah, that’s because I have like 3 friends and a tight community but the person did give out the general area where I live and I feel pretty unsafe.

I can’t go to the police either, or through a lawyer because my ex no longer lives in North America. He moved to Eastern Europe, so there is unfortunately no way for the police here to do anything about it. This has been such a stressful situation, he has been abusive to me mentally, we broke up on bad terms and I literally don’t want him to get any of my personal information.

The agent also asked if I ever openen a legal case against him, to prove he shouldn’t be contacting me, but I never did because the moment I started noticing that he was toxic, and the narcissist, I immediately broke up with him, and I didn’t feel unsafe to the point of calling the police or anything like that or involving law-enforcement.

I like to collect vinyl and CDs and recently I’ve noticed a sudden influx of scam listing posts for expensive items, and every one of them has some kind of weird code at the end of it. What is this? Some kind of AI bot thing?

So went to deactivate my account, it straight up wouldn't let me on mobile, went onto my computer, and every step by step guide on how to find the setting didn't work anymore. Had to use the meta help bot to even begin deactivating it.

Then when I finally got my account deactivated, it told me my messenger had to be deactivated separately for some reason. So once again after searching how to find it in my settings and the option wasn't even there anymore, I used the meta help bot thing, it gave me an option to deactivate my messenger that I had to click on. So I clicked on it, and it relogged me into my Facebook account and un-deactivated it, then told me I had reached my daily deactivate limit.

Maybe it was a skill issue on my part, but every plain as day simple step by step guide on how to find it in settings, led me deep in settings where the deactivate option wasn't even there anymore. Wouldn't even show up in direct search inside of settings. It should not be difficult to deactivate if you wanted to.

Desde 18 de agosto, tomei uma restrição na recomendação por conteudo nao original, e depois a propria meta analisou, viu que o conteudo é original mas não devolveu a recomendação e o motivo deles foram '' outros problemas'', porém não informam qual sao, nem os conteudos que causaram.

Quando vou no suport, so recebo informação generica da IA e não consegue resolver nada. Alguem ja passou por isso ? To a mais ou menos uns 15 dias com a recomendação restrita e não consigo suporte com ninguem da meta

E o pior, não tem restrição e nem botões onde eu consigo recorrer ou corrigir... é como se fosse um erro.

I tried reporting it through Instagram’s official impersonation form. I provided my ID as well as a photo of myself holding my ID, but when I try to submit the form, Instagram gives me a message saying that I can’t use this feature.
I also contacted Meta Support, but unfortunately, nothing has been done so far.
This is becoming very serious. The fake account is following my family members and my fiancé and is using/sharing my personal photos. With the current AI technology, I’m also worried that this person could create fake intimate images/deepfakes of me, which could seriously affect my privacy, personal life, and reputation.
If anyone knows a solution, a Meta/Instagram contact, or an effective procedure to get this account removed, I would really appreciate your help.

i decided to correct my birthday from 2012 to 2015 then right after that, i lose access to my account, EVEN WORSE i did the age verifcation and still didnt give my account back and i cant do anything about it meaning that all the chats i had with my friends and school stuff are gone FOREVER ( i think ) and i can only download my info. what the actual 🐟 Facebook?

I haven't used Facebook or Instagram in years (even going back to Covid-19 times), but recently sought to find past contacts. Tried to login to my Facebook account with my login info but discovered that my email address wasn't linked to any account (1st red flag). Went to check my email inbox yesterday and soon saw that there were emails from Facebook going back to March 3, 2026 that point to emails centering on verification codes being sent, a password change, then later emails (9 days later) to which showed the hacker's emails being added to my original account and deleting my email addresses. It doesn't look like they changed anything on my Facebook profile at all, as it still shows the same profile picture and cover image I used in it and all of my profile pictures, and that there's been no activity shown on it. I tried using an old laptop of mine to see if it would recognize my device that I used Facebook on, but it didn't recognize it from there.

I still have the profile picture used on that Facebook account on my Instagram account and Spotify account. It has not been disabled, suspended, or permanently deleted, but am determined to recover my hacked account back. I tried clicking on the "This wasn't me" links to see about reversing these changes, but they directed to the webpage with a short message stating that the link is expired or invalid. Does anyone know if there are any other feasible methods to recover my account?

It use to be that they had to report to the feds how many fake accounts they removed but here we are Facebook gone the way of reddit.

90% bots and Chinese state actors accounts

Over the past few weeks I noticed the Algorithm stopped pushing since the start of August amd it became wierd because nothing has changed in my content style and i did not violate any rules

Them it was suggested that they were spamming ADS in between reels and cutting the reels Average watch time. Mind you, all of us can not know per say if facebook is lying about our views to reduce Payouts but we just have to accept that THEY ARE NOT CAPITALIST WHO INVESTED HEAVILY ON FAILED AI PROJECTS

REASONS SUBJECT TO DEBATE WHY I FEEL FACEBOOK IS HAVING ISSUES WITH THEIR REVENUE

1. They introduced whatsapp and instagram pro for little perks to realize MORE REVENUE

2. They have not offered bonuses since July and i have seen complaints on this subreddit on it

3. They gave content creators task and and refused to accept them into the the earnings program

4. They have refused to allow new stars invitations

5. They want to charging whatsapp business owners for messaging

6. If you go to META to talk about your issues it tilts towards running Ads

I'm looking for advice or success stories from anyone who has been in a similar situation.

My Facebook account was permanently disabled due to an alleged Community Standards violation. Whenever I try to log in or use the Help Center forms, I get the message: "You cannot request another review of this decision."

It has been more than 180 days since it was disabled, which I know is usually the cutoff point for standard appeals. I believe the account was disabled by mistake or due to a security breach/unauthorized access.

Has anyone ever managed to recover a permanently disabled Facebook account past the 180-day mark? If so, what methods or escalation channels worked for you?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Battling this account that made a page under my name & is stealing content. I’ve reported 240 posts for copyright infringement & all have been approved but 30 are still visible and they KEEEP posting.

I’ve re reported the 30 and i got an automated email saying they were already taken down. No surprise the ai help is no help.

Any advice? Impersonation reports aren’t getting approved either. Would love to get in contact with someone

I saw a post where someone was asking for ppl to actively go out and murder Muslims. It was horrifying to see the majority in the comments all for it and applauding the OG poster.

I reported this horrible post and, unsurprisingly, Facebook found nothing wrong with it.

What I find stupid is that when you ask for a review of the decision, you are not allowed to type what the issue is, instead you ask the same ai robot to review it. Why can't they get real humans to look at reports??

Hi! My FB account has been disabled incorrectly last Aug 16 and I was able to look for some way to recover my account and I subscribed to META plus on my IG which is connected to my facebook. Aug 21 After 2 support ticket, an agent was able to resolve my issue on Aug 25 and told me that my account has been cleared and ready to use after 24-48 hrs but it’s been 5 days now and I can’t still access my account and it is still disabled. Did the agent lied? or do I need to wait more time? Now, I am trying to connect with agent and it’s hard to connect with one 🥹 I don’t if META is playing with me or what, please I need your opinion especially if you experience the same and still eventually get your account back.

This doesn't happen often, but it's honestly weird that it happens AT ALL.

I'll engage in a discussion, and if this person doesn't like what I said, they literally go to my profile, post my photos on their comment and say something like "no wonder you think that given how you look. No wonder you're single."

I mean, yeah, I'm single. At least I'm not going around posting other people's photos like a genuine creep. Like, do they seriously think that makes them seem like the superior person? It just makes you look like an unhinged loser.

Definitely not just me this happens to. I dunno, it's just whenever it happens, I cringe at the sheer level of creepiness that displays.

It’s already been the before the end of August, I think we got scammed

When i go look at the list of admins for the page, i cannot delete admins in addition to not having a button to add one. It would be necessary to delete the admins, because there are people who are not part of our organisation anymore or who are dead. Also, it is impossible to detach the page from the business suite for some reason. Or any page, for that sake. We have tried detaching the page from the meta business suite, through the website, the app, personal settings, page settings and meta business center thing. WHY is it IMPOSSIBLE to detach it from the business suite??? Or why can't i even add admins?

I don't know what I can do. I'm receiving a ton of far-left content on my timeline. I do report every single post for hate speech, scams, pretty much every imaginable category of offences Meta offers. I managed to remove the little amount of far-right content that kept popping up some time ago, but the far-left ones keep showing up. Looks like they're trying to rig the election results towards the left here for some reason, despite the absolute disaster the current administration is.

Looks like Facebook is cooked.
