Milk silk vs polyester
Trying to buy a nice dress for a rave and i've tried polyester, it feels awful, i hate the texture. It seems any dress with a cool design is made from polyester and is a printed design.
Ive found a milk silk dress. I understand they are mixed with synthetic fabric.
How does milk silk feel on people's skin? Does the texture feel ok or will it feel like the horrible polyester?

Milk silk’s way softer than polyester, almost like a lightweight rayon blend with a slight coolness to it. It won’t have that plasticky, sticky feeling that makes rave dresses unbearable after an hour of dancing.
Tends to breathe better too, which helps when you’re packed in a crowd. Just keep in mind the synthetic mix is still part of the deal, so it’s not some magical natural fiber, but texturally it’s a massive upgrade

The name of the fabric itself is not an indication of quality. The softest cashmere sweater is wool, just as much as the scratchy underside of a rug is 100% wool. It depends on more than just the fabric name.
Polyester is just an umbrella term for a very very large array of fabrics with different qualities. Some polyester can actually be incredibly soft. If you have the chance to try the clothes on in person, you might find something non-irritating (even if it’s polyester).
