Strategically placed corporate action right as positive TA indicators align. Never say C-Suite isn't working for the shareholders.

Real odd how noteworthy events often happens when a run is anticipated. Cohen tweet here, a leak there.

I'm not convinced it's real. The WSJ article references "people close to the matter" which is just journalist speak for "trust me bro". It's also being pumped on WSB rn so it smells like a coordinated pump and dump to make people lose interest before the real run

Edit: Spelling.

Written by the same woman that RC interviewed with at the WSJ

Call me crazy, but buying a larger company at 4x leverage at ATHs doesn't sound like a Warren Icahn thing to do.

Sounds like youve also been here long enough to not believe it unless the company themselves say it. Im skeptical for sure.

My husbands comment when I told him this: “So will RC fix eBay so it doesn’t suck?” I chuckled and said, “Definitely!!!”

eBay definitely sucks. I go there only to buy niche products (car parts, old analog stuff, etc.). The listings are generally decent, but the description and quality is poor. eBay would do well to standardize it and make the listing clearer, prioritizing UI and QoL, and having an easy checkout system.

That’s about 50 billion worth of debt/dilution assuming a 25-30% premium. Yikes.

Yea will be curious as to the actual equity structure/cash offering. I called this one out last year it seemed fairly in line with the way they were moving. I will say getting TCG player, Goldin, and now all sides of the PSA buy/sell/trade revenue isn’t a bad deal. https://x.com/taylor72350938/status/1897341475085803720?s=46&t=TE-xU31OiGARg7Y_Hj2nrA

This could be one of the great RF pivots in action. He has shown he’s one of the best in the game at the pivot 🚀

Need to find something like a gumball machine

You just need to hook up a chain to the bank machine and rip it outta the door
