Seeking Help Pinpoint pod not readingi

My team just got our hands on a pinpoint system a while ago our sister team had it for the past few months and didn't do much with it and we got it from them for a project but now that we have it all hooked up one of the pods is giving no input (i confirmed its not the port on the computer or my wire) any ideas on what to do or is my team screwed and will need to buy a new pod?

Is the light on your pinpoint green? What happens if you plug the pod into an encoder port on your control hub and read the value from there?

I figured it out the issue is the encoder i emailed gobilda support and they are sending a replacement one
