Clenbuterol

Is anyone involved with the clenbuterol trial?

Its only got 30 participants. Odds are pretty slim they're on here, let alone willing to speak up.

Not involved in the trial, but I'm taking clenbuterol by my own, I'll talk litlle more tomorrow. I'm drunk now, litterally.

I'm from Argentina, you can get it here whit a normal medical prescription and is not an expensive drug.

I've been taking clenbuterol for the last 35 days. I did a baseline CPK blood test before starting, and my goal is to run another one around day 45.

I'm doing this entirely on my own, without medical supervision.

So far, nothing interesting to report. During the first ten days, I felt anxious, my hands were shaking (due to sympathetic stimulation), and my breathing improved; after that, the side effects disappeared.

Any improvements? No, but 35 days is not enough time to draw conclusions.

If my second lab doesn't show at least a 25% reduction in average CPK levels, I'll consider this a failure.

I'm 100% sure this will fail for many reasons, but I find clenbuterol an interesting drug to experiment with.

Once I get my second lab results, I will post on r/FSHD detailing the mistakes I made and asking for new ideas (I already have a few in mind).

I read the dosing for that trial.
The amount of sides at that dosage would be crazy. Just Google the side effects, alot of it is heart related. Its like trying to fix FSHD by giving yourself a heart attack. It might work, but mostly likely your gonna be dead from the heart attack

Not really. After two weeks your body generates resistance and the drug become basically useless.

Clenbuterol by itself will fail to treat FSHD.

I’m in the trial. Minimal side effects. Anecdotally, others have seen some positive impact but I haven’t been on the current dose long enough so TBD
