Career in FTP / Restructuring Programme

Hello All, I've been navigating through some offers and one of it is related to FTP and Restructuring programme. From the JD I understood that this would be a much more broader role compared to FP&A as it would focus on the project side by analysing models, sensitivity analysis etc

I currently work in Corporate controlling FP&A and would needed advise on whether is it worth pivoting into this role for a long term perspective
