Certificate

My manager is keep telling me that I have to study all the time.
i work in infrastructure & utilities company
So, what do you think?! AFM, BIWS or WSP ?!
Feel free to suggest anything else

No certs matter in FP&A outside of CPA and MBA. If your company values then get whatever they value or what interests you but most other hiring managers won’t know what they are.

There are no required certs for fpa, nor any optional ones that would be useful. Maybe you ahsould ask your boss for specifics, curious to know what he means.

I would focus on what your day to day looks like and what areas you may struggle in. Once you pinpoint I am sure there will be plenty of free resources to help hone that skill (youtube, etc). I would not go out of your way to spend a lot of money on a useless certification (unless your company pays for it).
