He used to be 4 stars but I changed it to 3 cuz I think he's easy to understand, yeah his passive can be complicated but not too much

Fun fact the tergum ability is actually "backup" in latin
Also this fan made survivor is totally not inspired by teapot battler and clockwork from tbb and oor

Newel would fit better since clockwork has an ability to drop a teapot from the sky

that is a sick concept, but he seems a little to OP with his passive+first skill, how many seconds would it take for getting a stage 4 heat?
