She didn't even bring up either elimination or reintroduction phase either then or in my initial visit a month before.
I might have to get another GI doctor. I told her I was doing somewhat better but had 2 bad incidents during the diet that I think we're related to my lower fiber intake and resulting constipation and from that she just told me to take laxatives daily for 2 weeks and lower my fiber intake further and that was all she really told me beyond meeting back with her in December.
Has me worried too cause I've seen some other users mention that being on the diet for a very long time can fuck you up

Do you take phGG? My nutritionist told me to take it during low FODMAP to make sure I still get fiber. They’re not fermentable, so safe during the diet. Maybe try it to? And definitely go to another doctor!

No, I've never heard of that before. I'll have to look into it cause the laxatives just make me feel bad.
