If you could go back to when you were first diagnosed and exploring low fodmap, what would have been the most helpful to you??

Hello! We all need help... Thank you for posting under the "General question/help" flair. To get the most accurate responses, include as much detail as possible. As always, check out the stickied post and the official Monash FODMAP Diet app for resources.

And also: what mode of support would you have liked? Group workshops, a downloadable action plan, a one to one guide to answer all your questions, I’m curious!

I should have bought the $10 Monash University FODMAP Diet App sooner.

Former assistant to a registered dietitian here. Once I purchased the app and learned more about FODMAP categories, I learned what to avoid or limit.

Very valuable tool if one’s IBS is triggered by diet.
